Raggedy Bits Wholesale Terms

| I only offer our wholesale pricing to legitimate shop owners, you must include your ABN number when requesting access to my site. As a lot of my items are one offs please contact me as soon as possible so that I can keep the items aside for you. Once you have been accepted as a registered business you will be notified via email. Then once you have placed an order proceed to checkout and I will send an invoice complete with postage costs.

| Minimum Order Policy - All Opening Orders will have a $100.00 minimum. You must meet the minimum amount before shipping costs are added. Orders under the required minimum amounts will not be accepted.

| Payment Policy-Current methods of payment are: PayPal, Direct Deposit and Cheque. Please allow 5-10 days for cheques to clear the bank. Cheques must clear before your order will be shipped. There is a $30 service charge on all returned cheques or Stop Payment Cheques. Your account will be set to PAYPAL, no exceptions. Please make cheques payable to: Samantha Handley. Back Orders - All items are subject to availability. I will make every effort to ship orders complete. Occasionally I may have to back order an item and it will be shipped as soon it becomes available.
Shipping & Delivery - All wholesale orders will ship approximately 2 weeks after order date via Australia Post and are paid by the customer. Shipping costs will vary depending on weight and destination, shopping cart charges are estimate only. During my busy times, especially during the holidays, please allow some additional time for shipping. I will notify you of any changes in shipping times if they extend past the normal 2 weeks. All postage is also sent registered post to ensure that it reaches you safely and will be charged accordingly. This is for your protection. Once your order leaves my hands, I am not responsible for the handling of your packages once placed in the hands of the postal service. Raggedy Bits is NOT to be held responsible for products lost or damaged in the shipping process as all care is taken to insure that your goodies reach you safely.

Returns - There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. All returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in the same condition when sent. All costs incurred in returning the shipment will be at your own cost.
Damages - If items become damaged in transit please keep the original carton and packing for inspection by the appropriate Carrier. Notify me via email immediately at raggedybits@bigpond.com. A store credit will be applied to your account or a replacement will be issued.
Wholesale Agreement - By submitting your wholesale order, you, the purchaser, automatically agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
